Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end and drive measurable results for high-net-worth prospects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will lead client calls, develop testing strategies, write copy and VSL scripts, optimize funnels, and collaborate with editors and tech stacks to accelerate performance while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while maintaining client retention.
• Strong copywriting skills for direct response ads and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
