Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy, testing, and reporting. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end and lead client conversations.

This senior hands-on role requires 5+ years in paid media, strong copywriting, tracking setup, and the ability to improve funnel performance. Remote-friendly, with compensation up to $115k+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ad copy and scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead gen and appointments.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
