Ascendion is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Los Angeles to own the multi-channel paid acquisition engine for a premier plaintiff personal injury law firm. You will manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns in a mature, well-instrumented setup with clean data pipelines.

You will build dashboards, optimize for signed cases, guide future team expansion, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Google Ads experience.
• Personal Injury niche experience; CA preferred.
• LSA & CallRail hands-on expertise.
• Offline conversions with legal intake CRMs (Lead Docket, Filevine).
• Meta campaigns: paid social strategy and testing.
• Scripts & analytics: able to edit/deploy Google Ads scripts; BI tool familiarity (Domo).
• Certifications, SQL, and API experience.

Responsabilités

• Google Ads strategy: architecture, keywords, negatives, testing across California.
• Google Local Services Ads: statewide campaigns, budget deployment, service areas, lead scoring.
• Connect CallRail/CRM (Lead Docket/Filevine) via Domo back into Google Ads to optimize for signed cases.
• Paid Social (Meta): direct campaign strategy, audience targeting, testing across Facebook/Instagram.
• Scripts & Automation: deploy/maintain Google Ads scripts for pacing, anomaly detection, reporting.
• Executive Reporting: build KPI dashboards and deliver performance insights to firm leadership.
