Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. currently seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, testing, copy, and funnel optimization.

You’ll lead strategy conversations, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and drive measurable growth for a portfolio of financial services clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with video editors while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets and drive client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience with testing creative, hooks, and messaging variations.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaigns.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; optimize funnel performance.
