Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, and testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead strategy calls, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and drive testing and optimization across funnels. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with editors, designers, and AI-powered research to craft high-converting campaigns while maintaining calendar and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
