The role requires 4+ years in packaging, CAD skills, and familiarity with FDA/cGMP. This on-site position offers growth within a national engineering powerhouse and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years in packaging solutions or related field.
• Experience with packaging lines (filling, secondary packaging) and equipment integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Lead packaging equipment projects from design through start-up and commissioning.
• Develop design specs, perform ROI analyses, and manage budget/schedule.
