BW Design Group in York, PA is seeking a Project Manager (Engineering - Packaging Equipment) to lead packaging line design, integration, installation and start-up of capital projects in food, beverage, and life sciences industries.

You will develop equipment design and specifications, manage budget and schedule, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and grow strong client relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience with packaging systems or manufacturing automation.
• Knowledge of process systems, utility, packaging, CAD drafting, controls, and equipment procurement.
• Experience delivering projects on budget and schedule with client interactions and contractor supervision.
• Experience in the food, beverage, life sciences, household products, or personal care industries (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging line design, integration, installation and start-up of capital projects for food/beverage or life sciences.
• Develop equipment design and specifications, support systems, and bid analyses.
• Lead communications with vendors (OEMs) and contractors.
• Provide engineering solutions for continuous improvement using standard tools and procedures.
• Evaluate existing packaging operations and propose ROI improvements.
• Identify and specify required tooling and packaging equipment within project timelines.
• Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
