RG Barry Brands in the United States is seeking a Manager, Packaging Programs & Sourcing Execution to own end-to-end packaging, pallet, display, and customer-presentation programs from requirements through production release.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate domestic and international suppliers, translate requirements into executable specs, and drive readiness plans, calendars, and governance for on-time, cost-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a related field with at least five years of experience.
• Hands-on experience taking packaging requirements from design to production release.
• Ability to interpret customer/retailer guides into executable instructions.
• Experience owning a portfolio of cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and suppliers.
• Proficiency with Excel, project documentation, and version control.
• Ability to work across time zones with international sourcing offices.
• Experience in packaging materials, artwork, labeling, and lead times.
• Alignment with RG Barry's values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of packaging, pallet, and display programs from requirements to production release.
• Coordinate third-party domestic suppliers for samples, quotations, and packing alternatives.
• Create and maintain a centralized pallet-program library with specs, diagrams, and loading plans.
• Serve as the primary sourcing lead for packaging readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer and compliance requirements into production-ready packaging specs and labels.
• Directly manage data in business systems including BOMs, codes, and configurations.
