Job summary

Barr Brands is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to own technical packaging for plastic bottles, dispensing devices, and related components across major brands. You will translate R&D requirements into packaging design, coordinate supplier co‑development, and drive qualification through to production while ensuring quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Packaging R&D/Development with concept-to-commercialization experience.
• Proven ownership of plastic bottle and dispensing systems.
• Experience with packaging interfacing with chemical formulations.

Responsibilities

• Own improvements for bottle/closure/dispensing systems to improve robustness.
• Lead supplier co‑development and cross‑functional execution.
• Maintain packaging specs, drawings, and change documentation.
• Oversee home armor wand packaging evolution and improvements.
