Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross‑functional packaging development programs from RFQ through implementation. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, defining scopes and ensuring on‑time delivery while pushing for sustainable, cost‑competitive packaging solutions.

You will drive risk management, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communication, including international collaboration with teams across China, Southeast Asia, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience.
• 3+ years of NPI project planning within a manufacturing environment.
• International business experience in China / Southeast Asia / Mexico preferred.
• Able to work unsupervised and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• SOW development, project planning, scheduling, tracking, resource assignment, risk management, and scope management across teams.
• Prepare program-level documentation and reports (KPIs, KAIs, Milestones).
• Negotiate terms and conditions balancing scope, quality, time, and cost.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Serve as liaison with customers providing progress updates and satisfaction metrics.
• Monitor status and coordinate corrective actions to stay on plan.
