Job summary

A leading sugar refinery company in Baltimore, MD, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and manage a team to foster a culture of safety and reliability. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and team collaboration skills, alongside the ability to work under pressure and tackle maintenance challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment required, electrical knowledge a plus.
• Must be familiar with NDT methods and interpret vibration and oil analysis reports.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations ensuring safety standards are met.
• Review and schedule maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate daily maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
