Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Packaging Reliability Manager to lead reliability programs for a large sugar refinery. The role manages a team of reliability engineers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians to maintain safe, reliable operation.

You will drive preventative maintenance programs, develop maintenance plans, and collaborate with safety, environmental and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals. This role reports to the Refinery Manager and supports budgeting and capital planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Expertise in maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling; CMMS/EAM/ERP optimization.
• Experience with RCM, FMEA/RCFA, and loss elimination; knowledge of failure analysis and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for a large refinery.
• Lead and develop a team of reliability engineers and maintenance staff.
• Develop and improve maintenance plans and work orders; ensure safe, reliable operation.
