Job summary

ASR Group's Baltimore Refinery seeks a Packaging Maintenance Team Manager to enhance reliability, safety, and quality of packaging systems. You will supervise Packaging Maintenance Supervisors and partner with Packaging Engineers and staff to implement capital projects and ongoing improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years in maintenance/engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with a market-driven salary and relocation benefits.

• Review daily packaging operation for efficiency and adherence to schedule.
• Direct Packaging Maintenance Supervisors and coordinate priorities.
• Communicate issues and risks to the Packaging Dept Manager.
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules to protect production.
• Develop and implement plans to improve substandard performance.
• Plan long-range needs and implement solutions.
• Organize staff into a motivated team and conduct evaluations.
• Lead the transition to accountability with 30/60/90-day plans and measurable results.
