• Master's degree with 2+ years engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years engineering experience
• Associate's degree with 8+ years engineering experience
• High school diploma / GED with 10+ years engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Own technical deliverables for packaging projects and platforms.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve packaging platforms.
• Evaluate and sustain packaging components, materials, and processes.
• Apply engineering judgment within standards to solve technical problems.
• Identify risks, drive resolution, and accelerate with solutions.
• Lead or support tests, qualifications, and change controls.
• Support technology transfers from clinical to commercial.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant packaging solutions.
• Establish priorities, manage plans and dashboards, communicate progress.
• Identify incremental improvements in processes and tools.
• Share knowledge and guide junior engineers.
• Ensure cGMP and regulatory expectations are met.
