SC Johnson in Racine, WI is seeking a Senior Associate, Packaging Engineer to drive development, testing, and implementation of packaging solutions across North America. You will develop robust packaging specifications, BOMs, and lead projects from concept to validation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead risk mitigation, conduct lab tests and line trials, and support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring manufacture-ready packaging.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for North America projects including primary, secondary, and e-commerce packaging.
• Create robust specifications for packaging components, finished goods, and pallet factors, with accurate BOM setup.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to establish timelines, lead technical discussions, own packaging deliverables and milestones, and develop risk mitigation plans.
