ProAmpac is seeking a Project Development Engineer to drive new packaging products from concept to commercialization in Wisconsin facilities. You will lead trials, qualify materials, optimize processes, and collaborate with Innovation, Operations, Quality, and Procurement to meet customer and business goals.

The role demands strong technical acumen, project management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel supports customer trials and supplier visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in packaging manufacturing, processing, or product development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience leading trials, development projects, or process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new product development projects and track milestones.
• Develop and execute trial plans, testing protocols, and validations.
• Define product structures and ensure setup in systems.
• Collaborate with Quality to design trials and preventive controls.
• Lead production trials and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze trial results and prepare post-trial documentation.
• Maintain product specs, run sheets, BOMs, and related records.
• Qualify new/alternative raw materials with suppliers.
