Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in packaging or engineering and 7+ years of packaging development experience (Master's with 5+ years acceptable).
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership, coaching, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor packaging engineers to drive innovation and collaboration.
• Drive packaging innovation and commercialization across domestic and global product pipelines.
• Partner with R&D, Design, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain to accelerate development.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and develop roadmaps for new materials and technologies.
• Oversee technical project execution including testing, budgeting and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership across materials, dispensing, closures, molding and manufacturing compatibility.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and communicate progress to senior leadership.
