Job summary

SC Johnson in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Intern for a 6-month Co-Op to gain hands-on experience across RD&E packaging projects, learn testing, qualification and specification of components, and contribute to global product launches.

You will work with cross-functional teams, receive SAP and MS Office training, mentorship from senior leaders, housing options, and exposure to a broad range of packaging technologies, with potential progression to full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled and seeking bachelor's degree in Packaging Sciences, Packaging Engineering, or a related degree with a graduation date ideally set for December 2027 - June 2029.
• Core Packaging courses must be complete.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Support global new product launches within RD&E divisions.
• Identify, test, qualify, and specify components to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance packaging projects.
