Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of robust packaging designs to protect products through lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product teams, suppliers, and Shipping to define packaging specs.
• Develop system and subsystem packaging designs with procurement support.
• Ensure compliance with DOT CFR49, ICAO, IMDG, MIL‑SPECs and related packaging clauses.
• Coordinate POP testing and compile data for formal test reports.
• Analyze damaged shipments and recommend corrective actions.
