Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to lead packaging development from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to elevate packaging systems, ensure brand integrity, and mentor junior designers across our brands.

The role requires 5+ years in packaging design for consumer products, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a deep understanding of printing processes and materials. On-site with optional Friday WFH and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of packaging design experience in consumer products (CPG).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of 3D software for mock-ups.

Responsibilities

• Support the Packaging design manager throughout the design process (brainstorm, design, prototype development, production).
• Develop innovative packaging design systems that are functional while maintaining aesthetics and brand integrity.
• Evaluate packaging designs for fit, structure, materials, cost effectiveness, manufacturability, and quality.
• Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite; attend cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate across product lines to implement strategies; provide updates to national and international teams.
• Finalize files for production and coordinate Pantone matching, proofs, and approvals.
