Jazwares is seeking a Manager of Packaging Design for Boys (Plush & Plastics) to lead a team of designers across multiple brands, focusing on cost-efficient, attractive packaging for our toy products. You will drive concept, design, and execution of prototypes while preserving brand integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Industrial Design, or related field
• 3–5 years of package design experience in consumer products, toy packaging
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience with style guides and packaging mock-ups
• Experience in trade show design and presentation
• Excellent graphic design skills with the ability to art direct

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of packaging across plush and plastics lines
• Guide the design and development process from concept to production
• Evaluate packaging for cost, manufacturability, and brand integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Manage outsourced packaging projects and vendor relationships
• Prepare submissions for licensor approval and ensure print quality
