Job summary

Jazwares in Bristol, PA is seeking an Associate Packaging Designer for collectibles to support our packaging design team. You will help conceptualize, design, and prototype cost-effective packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and licensor requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in package design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid knowledge of printing processes and die-lines.
• Foundational knowledge of packaging materials and licensed brand guidelines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualization and development of packaging design systems (graphics and structure).
• Prepare sketches, drawings, artwork, and final mock-up designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other departments on packaging text and branding.
• Brainstorm packaging ideas across multiple toy lines using sketches and design software.
• Create and manage packaging die-line templates and ensure brand accuracy.
• Prepare submissions for licensor approvals.
