Job summary

Thorne is seeking a Senior Packaging Project Manager to lead the end-to-end packaging, labeling, artwork, and marketing project lifecycle. You will coordinate across Creative, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, on-brand deliverables in a fast-growing CPG environment.

You will build scalable workflows, protect design integrity, and drive operational excellence while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in project management for packaging/creative ops in a CPG environment.
• Experience coordinating with Creative, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, execution, and delivery of packaging, labeling, artwork, and marketing projects.
• Build and scale cross-functional packaging workflows with end-to-end lifecycle oversight.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, brand integrity, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop standardized workflows, templates, and governance for a growing portfolio.
• Partner with Creative leadership to optimize resource planning and prioritization.
• Lead project timelines, resource plans, and schedules for launches and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Manage packaging artwork workflows, approvals, and file management.
