Ro is seeking a Packaging Program Manager to own the end-to-end packaging initiatives, coordinating across Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Brand, Product Marketing, Sourcing, and external partners. You will translate business needs into scalable packaging solutions and drive decisions in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs or projects in operations, packaging, or related fields.
• Experience with packaging, product commercialization, manufacturing, or consumer products.
• Strong communication and structured decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across multiple teams and external partners.
• Identify packaging improvements and develop data-driven business cases for leadership review.
• Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork changes, and implementation activities.
• Establish and maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and governance processes.
