Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Sr. Analyst to own the forecasting, budgeting, and spend analytics backbone of our NA Packaging organization.

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain data, finance, and packaging engineering—turning demand signals and cost data into guidance that keeps our packaging supply chain running efficiently across all NA brands. You'll join a small, collaborative team of analysts and packaging engineers, taking on a broad scope that spans forecasting, cost analytics,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, FP&A, or operations analytics, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or CPG/food.
• Proficiency in Databricks and Snowflake; Python and Airflow experience a strong plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; hands-on experience with COGS or budget variance analysis.
• Experience with forecasting/demand planning models, ideally in a multi-brand or multi-SKU environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Own the annual NA packaging budget by translating supplier plans into material volumes, network plans, and cost/box estimates by brand.
• Produce and validate the weekly in-week demand forecast across all NA brands and drive packaging material ordering.
• Lead PKG spend analytics, budget vs. actuals, variance investigations, and corrective actions with ops partners.
• Translate packaging engineering configurations into a packaging forecast for budgeting and planning cycles.
• Maintain and evolve packaging scripts (Databricks, Airflow, Python, Snowflake) and core planning tools.
