World Finer Foods seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to oversee demand planning, forecasting and procurement for finished goods and packaging, including Andros gifting projects.

You will lead forecasting efforts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to align plans with business goals and customer service targets. Strong analytics and leadership are essential for continuous improvement across the planning functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience and S&OP exposure.
• Experience with forecasting software and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the supply chain portion of the S&OP/IBP process.
• Present demand assumptions, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards.
• Drive automation and improvements in forecasting and planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and co-packer interactions.
