Job summary

Genesis AEC — a leader in life sciences facilities design and construction — seeks a P6 Scheduler / Construction Project Manager to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for complex projects. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, CPM scheduling, and coordination across design, construction, and commissioning phases on-site at customer facilities.

You will manage CPM schedules, set up in Procore and P6, and work with field teams to ensure progress, quality checks, and timely deliveries

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls in the design and construction industry or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must have Primavera P6 experience and ability to build, update, analyze and report on CPM schedules.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver work on assigned schedules.
• Ability to communicate construction and scheduling information clearly to project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong schedule development and review skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Develop, update, analyze, and report on Primavera P6 schedules for design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure project set-up in Procore, Touch Plan, and P6.
• Communicate with field superintendents to ensure timely project progress.
• Assist quality checks and inspections on scheduled deliverables.
• Provide proposal support to create schedules.
