Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) seeks a Construction Scheduler in The Woodlands, TX to develop and maintain CPM schedules for multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and CPM integrity.

This onsite role requires a strong background in construction scheduling and collaboration with field teams. You will lead with independence, produce monthly reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed baseline schedules for commercial, civil, modular projects.
• Track site progress and input updates from field superintendents and project managers.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential project delays.
• Produce earned value, resource-loading, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and monthly progress reports for multiple projects.
