Job summary

Slate is seeking a hands-on Senior P2P Process Analyst to join the Accounts Payable team. You will own root-cause analyses, publish findings, and drive corrective actions across SOPs, policies, and ERP configurations.

You will partner with AP Analysts, the AP Manager, and stakeholders across Accounting, Purchasing, and Plant Receiving to improve PO accuracy, GR/IR aging, and three-way match readiness, while exploring AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable or procure-to-pay operations.
• Portfolio of published root-cause analyses with end-to-end walkthrough.
• Strong understanding of P2P and three-way match mechanics.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred, familiarity with PO, GR/IR processes.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root-cause analyses on recurring billing, invoicing, receiving, and payment failures.
• Own SOP library for the full bill-to-pay lifecycle and train staff.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, Plant Receiving, and stakeholders to reduce defects.
• Design and test ERP/P2P configurations; explore automation opportunities.
• Support month-end close with analysis on GR/IR balances and unbilled POs.
