• Development and implementation of AI-enabled and digital strategies, and associated business cases and roadmap development to improve claim program performance.
• Analysis of historical data to identify critical trends impacting P&C program performance.
• Operational assessments, including target operating model design, process optimization, staffing models, segmentation strategies, internal process and controls and vendor strategy.
• Technical claims audits to assess process compliance, adherence to industry quality standards, quantify claim leakage and assess reserve adequacy.
• Assist with implementation of P&C technology strategies
