Job summary

Insurity seeks a Lead Business Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams, drive requirements discovery, and own system design for complex customer implementations. You will document clear specs, support configuration, testing (including UAT), and act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.

The role includes mentoring analysts, contributing to pre-sales efforts, and improving BA practices while shaping impactful insurance software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience required; 8+ years of business analysis experience preferred.
• Experience leading requirements gathering for large, complex customer implementations.
• Strong ability to document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for large, complex customer implementations.
• Own end-to-end integration projects from business start to go-live.
• Develop, analyze, and document requirements (business, functional, nonfunctional).
• Create customer-focused documentation (wireframes, use cases, business rules).
• Lead testing efforts and coordinate UAT and training.
• Act as customer advisor and consultant to project teams.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to pre-sales efforts.
• Provide leadership and coaching across theBA team.
