MCI in Dallas seeks a senior‑level Account Manager specializing in P&C account management to lead client communications, nurture key relationships, and ensure adherence to policy changes and regulatory requirements.

You will be the primary contact for P&C clients and internal operations teams, responsible for strategic planning, change management, process creation, and service delivery across programs while driving performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance experience building and managing Property and Casualty and Life insurance programs.
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex business processes.
• Professional designation (CPCU/CIC/AAI/CISR) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of client products and services.
• Manage growth and oversee the sales operation.
• Improve and strengthen existing P&C programs.
• Provide input, innovation, and support to the Management Team.
• Project manage new launches and initiatives, including process design and implementation.
• Ensure program efficiency and financial performance.
