You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service across complex, multi-line accounts.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, coverage interpretation, and support for renewals and proposals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Experience with agency management systems such as Sagitta, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day service delivery for an assigned portfolio of middle market commercial property & casualty clients, including complex and multi-line accounts across a variety of industries.
• Serve as the primary client service contact, building trusted relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve moderately complex client service issues involving coverage interpretation, policy administration, claims coordination, certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, and underwriting partners to ensure timely and accurate client service delivery.
• Support the marketing and renewal process by gathering underwriting information, preparing renewal submissions, reviewing proposals, and assisting with coverage comparisons.
• Facilitate policy changes, endorsements, certificates, evidences of property insurance, loss runs, and other service requests within established service standards.
