Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an AVP, East Central Broking Leader to drive P&C strategy and market execution across the Northeast from Indianapolis. You will lead complex placements, strengthen carrier relationships, and partner with producers to accelerate growth and retention.

This hybrid role requires a proven leader with deep market knowledge, strong communication, and strategic vision to mentor teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial P&C broking.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving initiatives.
• Strong carrier relationships and market knowledge across the Northeast.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and market execution for a Northeast client book.
• Drive placement strategy, carrier negotiation, and marketing execution for customized solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure timely submissions and clear marketing proposals.
• Develop and maintain broker strategies, panels, and relationships with carriers and wholesalers.
• Mentor junior talent and coach through market dynamics and trends.
