Job summary

Jonus Group presents an opportunity for a Senior Actuarial Associate to support a growing Property & Casualty practice in Wayne, NJ. You will engage in reserving, pricing, ratemaking, modeling, audit support, and advisory projects across commercial lines, personal lines, and reinsurance.

You will work directly with clients and senior leadership, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to technical project execution while developing analytics and reporting for diverse insurance clients.

Qualifications

3+ years of P&C actuarial experience.
Progress toward ACAS or FCAS preferred.
Experience with reserving, pricing, ratemaking, or predictive analytics.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Excel, databases, and actuarial software tools.

Responsibilities

Perform loss reserving, pricing, and actuarial modeling analyses.
Support external audits and consulting engagements for insurance clients.
Work directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights.
Develop and manipulate actuarial datasets and experience studies.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to technical project execution.
Participate in technical writing, reporting, and client presentations.
