Job summary

Anova Technical Services, a division of Shiel Sexton, seeks a Senior Project Manager in the United States to serve as the Owner’s representative for complex capital projects from preconstruction through commissioning. You’ll drive strategy, align objectives, and ensure safe, compliant, and operationally ready facilities.

Lead design, procurement, and construction oversight, manage risk, and communicate with owners and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven history of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects in highly regulated industries.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of project outcomes for the Owner across scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Establish and drive execution strategy across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Provide proactive oversight, identify risks, and lead resolution to protect cost and schedule.
• Lead coordination across design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Act as Owner’s primary contact, drive decisions, maintain relationships.
• Enforce change management, cost control, and schedule adherence.
• Deliver reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance to Owner and executives.
• Direct project team performance with leadership and mentorship.
