Job summary

Anova, a division of Shiel Sexton in Indianapolis, is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning services across various commercial construction projects. This role will oversee and improve the commissioning program while serving as an Owner's Technical Representative.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with owner requirements and project specifications, ultimately delivering high-performing facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning or MEP coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the commissioning program and standard procedures.
• Manage project-specific commissioning plans and execution strategies.
• Coordinate among owners, design teams, and contractors.
