Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or higher education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s primary construction representative throughout design, construction, and closeout.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change requests, and safety programs.
