Job summary

Anova, a division of Shiel Sexton, seeks a Commissioning Engineer II to independently plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities on commercial and industrial projects in Indianapolis and nationwide. You will lead day-to-day commissioning efforts, coordinate with owners and project teams, and ensure systems meet Owner's Project Requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of mechanical or electrical construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, power, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities across projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific C2QA plans and schedules.
• Review documentation, procedures, and submittals for OPR compliance.
• Lead equipment inspections, functional testing, and system verification.
• Identify issues, document deficiencies, and verify corrective actions.
