Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Owner's Representative in Dallas to lead projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring alignment with client objectives on scope, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record on large-scale construction or capital projects. This full-time on-site role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of project management experience, including Owner's Representative work.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience leading large-scale construction, capital improvement, renovation, or development projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner's Representative and primary point of contact among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk to align with client objectives.
• Establish project governance, reporting processes, and project controls.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, contingencies, and change orders with recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Review design deliverables, construction documents, submittals, and project reports for the owner.
