Job summary

Overwatch is seeking a highly motivated owner’s representative Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex capital projects from design through completion, delivering on time and within budget.

This senior role requires strong leadership, proven project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, construction staff, inspectors, and design professionals on site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience on major capital projects.
• Ground-up construction experience is a plus.
• Institutional / Higher Education experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site day-to-day construction administration.
• Coordinate project staff including engineers and inspectors.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Attend weekly meetings to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare reports for construction administrator.
• Review contract documents and CSU procedures.
