Job summary

Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team as a trusted owner's representative on a complex capital project in Chattanooga, TN. The role starts hybrid and moves to on-site in early 2027; candidates must be able to work on-site. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

and not require visa sponsorship. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $135,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or owner’s representative experience on large capital projects.
• Experience leading projects through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to obtain project security credentials and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite representative and day-to-day client liaison.
• Represent the client’s interests throughout design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Lead coordination among owner, design team, contractor, commissioning team, and stakeholders to support delivery.
