Job summary

Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive complex capital projects from design through turnover. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and facilities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

This on-site role requires a proven track record in institutional or higher education projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience on major capital projects.
• Ground-up construction experience is a plus
• Institutional/Higher Ed experience preferred
• CSU experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to supervise project team

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site day-to-day construction administration.
• Coordinate project staff and multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor budget and schedule; report trends to construction administrator.
• Attend weekly construction meetings and manage submittals and inspections.
• Review contract documents and CSU procedures; manage change orders and closeout.
