Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain client accounting records in QuickBooks.
• Review ledgers for mis-postings and prepare adjusting entries.
• Research and correct account discrepancies.
• Prepare sales and payroll tax returns.
• Prepare 1099s and W-2s.
• Prepare basic financial statements based on prior statements.
• Prioritize backlog and client projects to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with client biller on decisions and issues.
• Contribute to client service quality and serve as a technical resource.
• Other accounting tasks as assigned.
