Job summary

SnapDragon Associates, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a $12–15M book across Western CT, Western MA, and Southern VT. This field-based role focuses on new business development and strengthening dealer relationships.

You will visit dealer customers daily, hunt for opportunities, and collaborate with inside sales and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. A hunter mindset and strong negotiation skills are essential, with daily travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, ideally within building products or a related industry.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of driving new business.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $12–15M book of business across CT, Western MA, and Southern VT.
• Visit dealer-based customers in the field every single day.
• Hunt new business and convert opportunities with urgency.
• Partner closely with inside sales and logistics on customer delivery.
• Overcome pricing objections through value-based selling.
• Support potential territory expansion into the Albany, NY market.
