You'll build relationships with local business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and mentor new team members while pursuing performance-based rewards, including weekly draw pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience (post-high school).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided).
