Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative & Trainer to join as an independent contractor. You will build relationships with local business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and mentor new team members while driving performance in a dynamic, reward-driven environment.

The role offers a weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and in-person client interactions. Training and leadership growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
• 5+ years of professional work experience (post-high school).
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
