Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious, driven Sales Representative & Trainer to join our team. In this direct sales, independent contractor role, you’ll build lasting relationships with local business owners, close deals, and mentor new team members to succeed.

This role offers uncapped earnings, weekly draw pay, and bonuses. Expect Monday–Friday work with occasional weekends, and in-person, business-to-business travel as needed to present tailored insurance solutions and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
• 5+ years of professional work experience (post-high school).
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow meaningful relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
