Mighty Dog Roofing is expanding its sales team nationwide. The role offers a $40,000 W-2 base salary, commissions starting at 3% on company-generated sales and 7% on self-generated sales, plus monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement.

We supply company-generated homeowner appointments and strong marketing support; you’ll build your own pipeline through referrals, networking and prospecting. Proven producers who can close and manage a pipeline will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven sales professional with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated, professional, and coachable.
• Familiarity with roofing/home improvement markets is helpful.
