Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Master the sales process within six months and drive expansion.
• Mentor new team members and share successful strategies.
• Lead and innovate to set new benchmarks in supplemental insurance sales.
